We’re CodeChef, the code cooking club of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru.

We believe code is a recipe — and like any great dish, it takes the right ingredients, a dash of creativity, and a whole lot of curiosity to get it right. Whether you’re simmering through spaghetti code, debugging a half-baked function, or plating a beautifully garnished project, you belong in this kitchen.

This isn’t your average serious coding club. We don’t just grind algorithms for sport — we savour the craft. We think the most flavourful solutions come from people who approach problems with the wide-eyed wonder of a child who just discovered they can mix things together and see what happens. Curiosity is the secret ingredient we refuse to leave out.

Here, everyone is both a chef and a student. You’re more than welcome to bring your signature dish to the table, teach what you know, learn what you don’t, and leave with a fuller plate than when you arrived. We’re building a community where ideas simmer together like flavours in a well-seasoned broth — and where no recipe (or person) is too raw to belong.
