edu.ieee.orgAbout ACROM & IEEE-RAS
ACROM (Amrita Club for Robotics and Mechatronics) along with the IEEE Robotics & Automation Society (RAS) Student Branch Chapter is the central hub for robotics enthusiasts at Amrita Bengaluru.
We bridge theoretical engineering with practical execution, providing students a platform to design, build, and deploy intelligent hardware and software systems.
What We Do:
- Hands-on Workshops: Practical bootcamps covering embedded systems, autonomous robotics and computer vision.
- Competitions & Hackathons: Hosting flagship robotics challenges, bot-wars, and technical hackathons on campus, while fostering competitive engineering.
- Collaborative Projects: Interdisciplinary research and project development spanning ECE, CSE, and mechanical engineering.
- Tech Talks & Seminars: Sessions hosted by industry leaders and IEEE researchers exploring recent advancements in robotics and automation.
If you’re curious, we’ll teach you.
If you’re driven, we’ll push you.
If you’re ready to build something Tony Stark would be proud of… you’ll fit right in.
Till then,
Explore. ACROM.
